Not feeling sure about whether or not to post this on my IG made me more sure that I should post it...⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⬅️ Left: 7 Jul ~ 8 weeks post-partum with baby no.2 and starting back with @EatToPerform ~ 186.2lb⁣ ⁣ ➡️ Right : 3 Oct ~ 20 weeks post-partum, exclusively breastfeeding, never eating under 2000kcal (usually 2500-2700kcal) ~ 177.4lb ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 📸 When you live in your skin it’s much harder to see the gradual differences. So take the pics you don’t want to take. They’ll show you so much more than your eyes might see! I wouldn’t usually share so much of my mummy tummy publicly but more and more I’m SO proud of this body and all it’s achieved these last 3 years that I’m becoming less and less phased by the changes and all of my new squishy bits...⁣ ⁣ Shout out to other wanna-be-fit mamas of small humans out there - take the naps when you can, even if you have to skip some workouts. Newborn tiredness is REAL. And tiredness is not your fat loss friend. Cut yourself some slack. Be gentle with yourself. Be KIND. Take your time. You are INCREDIBLE.
