Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie Ideas

• handful each of frozen blueberries, raspberries & strawberries
• 3 tbsps live yogurt
• 1 tsp SuperGreens powder
• 3 tbsps oats
• 1 banana
• handful almonds & cashews mixed
• big pinch cinnamon
• about 150-200ml water



Good post-workout blend: rich in antioxidants, carbs to replenish, SuperGreens and nuts for amino acids & proteins. Could be a breakfast smoothie or one for when you need a system boost
