Post-Workout Recivery Smoothie Idea

Serves 2 people generously

• 1.5 cups water
• 2 bananas
• 2 handfuls frozen raspberries
• 2 small bunches young spinach
• 2 handfuls almonds
• 6 tbsps live yog
• 2 tsps SuperGreens
• 4 tbsps oats

Blend
Drink

This isn’t an especially sweet smoothie. In fact, I’d even concede that it tastes a little like grass 😏 but I don’t mind that especially. If you do add a sweet fruit like a peach or honey to taste
