Breakfast Smoothie Idea

2 medium servings

• 1.5 frozen peaches
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 cup water
• 3 tbsps oats
• 2 tbsps live yogurt
• 2 tsps SuperGreens
• 3 shakes cinnamon (yeah…work THAT out!)
• 1 small bunch stemmed spinach
• 1 small-medium carrot


Another one that tastes like grass 😏 also a little watery for my breakfast/post-workout liking. I would suggest these adjustments:
• use 2 cups coconut milk instead of 1 water
• add a banana or another thick/sweet fruit
• reduce spinach or SuperGreens if you are grass adverse 😏
