Serves 1 greedy me 😊 or a normal sized glass for 2 less greedy people!

• 1.5 cups water
• handful frozen blueberries
• handful frozen strawberries
• 1 frozen banana
• 3 tbsps live yog
• 1.5 tsps SuperGreens
• 1 tbsp dedicated coconut
