Smoothie-in-a-Glass: Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie Idea

Serves 1 generously

Layer in your glass:
• frozen blueberries
• frozen strawberries
• frozen banana
• frozen spinach
• almonds
• 1 clove of garlic (skin on if you’re using a Vitamix or another powerful blender)
• top up glass with water

Tip in to the blender and add
• 2 tbsps live yog
• 1 tbsp dedicated coconut
• 1 tsp SuperGreens


The garlic was inspiration from another Instagram user (LadyCandySparks). It is not as intrusive or strong as I thought! Slightly pleasant garlicky aftertaste! Interesting addition!
