Smoothie-in-a-Glass: Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie Idea

Serves 1

• frozen raspberries
• frozen banana
• almonds
• 1 tbsp peanut butter

Top up with chocolate coconut milk (YUM!!!)

Add on to blender:
• contents of 1 probio capsule
• 1 tsp SuperGreens
• half tsp high quality cocoa (I use Green & Blacks organic cocoa powder)

Blend
Drink

Smile! Because this is YUMMY!!
