Smoothie-in-a-Glass: Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie Idea

Serves 1

• frozen cherries
• frozen raspberries
• pumpkin seeds
• sunflower seeds
• almonds
• 1 tsp SuperGreens
• probio powder

Top up glass with almond milk. Add a little extra water to thin as you like (i added about half a cup)

Blend
Drink up

Has a really nice nutty taste (figures!)
