Smoothie-in-a-Glass: Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie Idea

Serves 1

• frozen blueberries
• frozen raspberries
• frozen banana
• 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
• 1/2 tsp high quality cocoa (I use Green &Blacks organic cocoa)
• 1 tsp SuperGreens

Top up glass 3/4 chocolate milk (I use Kara chocolate coconut milk) and 1/4 water to thin

Blend
Drink
Smile. Because its sooo goooood
