Workout: Olympic Lifting

Today spent an hour in Olympic Lifting class, working on my clean.

Warm up
35 mins working with just the Olympic bar (20kg) on the different phases Andy transition (which is my weak spot)
15 mins ramping up the weight from 30kg to 37.5kg
Foam rolling

Practise really does make perfect. My rack position in particular is so much better- been working on shoulder and forearm flexibility because I could NOT get my elbows up before! Happy ๐Ÿ˜Š
