Workout 03.07: Full Body Solo Training

Ran my own circuit for myself this afternoon.
4 rotations of each superset:

1.
a) Prowler lap of astro turf push 1 length, pull back @ 60kg on sled
b) Monkey bars
c) OH Sledgehammer swings x12

2.
a) tyre flip x10
b) Saxon side bends x6 e.s @6kg
c) box jumps in to heel plant-squat x10

3.
a) battle rope smash x20
b) decline push ups x10
c) med ball twists 6 e.s @8kg

Slam dunked myself. Gym thing DONE✔
