Solo training

3x lengths of monkey bars

SQUATS – heels on plates – hams over calves

Bar only set for form x8 (=20kg) 2 SETS
Front squat 30kg x8
Back squat (2 sec bottom hold) 40kg x8
Front squat (2 sec bottom hold) 50kg x5
Back squat (2 sec bottom hold) 60kg x6 2 SETS

Clean
Bar only for form (=20kg) x8
30kg x8 2 SETS
35kg x8
40kg x8

Dead lift
60kg x8
100kg x8
100kg x8
120kg x3

1 length of monkey bars with 10kg vest (!!)
