Workout 06.09: Shoulder Rehab

It hurt me to take an unplanned day off. But I figure it didn’t hurt me as much as going to fast for my shoulder and having a long uphill recover would’ve. So just moilising, stretching and some shoulder stabilisation and strength work last Friday for me. No 1.5 hour super circuit class ๐Ÿ˜ž boohoo

Did lots of foam rolling
Stretching (pec minor, back, shoulders, whole body)
Face pulls: 4 sets of 12 @ 20kg
4kg DB work – diagonal raise and front raise all the way to vertical
Hanging on the pull-up bar and doing sets of 8 scapular retractions (lifting my body a few inches by pulling my shoulders back and together. No arm involvement)

Can’t remember what else. Anyhow, it was gentle, a little dull, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it!

It was my last gym visit with the bestie before she goes home. Some fun and games with a protein shake milk-stache and matching beard lol! She’s a beaut right?! ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜
